There’s two groups of layers in PSD file with Ipad and MacBook and to use one of them you need to switch on the neccesary group and switch off the one that you don’t need.

And what is the most important – you can change the desctop image in Ipad and MacBook to whatever you want just by changing the smart object – it’s very easy!
